Leadership
An international development professional with a private sector focus, Gracie has always been passionate about social impact. Even more-so, she is passionate about harnessing the potential for small- and medium-sized businesses to be involved in purpose-driven work, and providing them with the resources needed to do so.
Gracie has over 10 years of experience working in the private and nonprofit sectors, designing and implementing international development and CSR programs for multinational corporations and small businesses as well, across a multitude of sectors (financial services, consumer goods, retail, transportation, etc.) and geographic areas. Thematically, her work has centered around projects in the spaces of climate and nature-based solutions, human rights, women's empowerment, youth development, and venture philanthropy, among others.
